Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hrs notice.

OUR APPOINTMENT POLICY

Any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments made with less than 24hrs notice will result in a missed appointment fee.

This fee will be equal to either $30 or 30% of the booked services – whichever is greater.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this instance,  the missed appointment fee will apply.

We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.

In the event of a true & unavoidable emergency, all or part of your missed appointment fee may be applied to future services.

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too.
